The Naturopaths acts as an online dispensary service for patients all over world. You may purchase practitioner products from our site but first you need to identify your needs through a consultation, unless you are already a patient of our clinic and in that case can conveniently re-order.
If you are not a regular patient of our clinic but wish to purchase products (any) you will need to talk to our staff to obtain membership in order to log-on. This is a one time process and takes a few minutes to complete. You will need a consultation if you wish to purchase any 'practitioner-only' products, please enquire further.
By law we are unable to release your order for 'practitioner-only' products unless you:

The Naturopaths provides 'practitioner only' products and natural medicines to you based on the knowledge that they have been appropriately prescribed to you by our natural health care professionals. We will NOT sell you 'practitoner-only' products under any other premise. We have decided to offer our products online because we have we identified that it may be difficult for many of our patients throughout the world to obtain these products locally for a number of reasons. Alternatively, it may not be logistically possible to return to our practice for repeat orders and it is more cost effective and convenient to have us have them delivered to your door.
Our staff will verify your need for any practitioner-only product you have requested (unless you are known to us and a regular patient of our practice) and process your order accordingly.
As part of our internal auditing process, if we see any irregularities in the use of such practitioner-only products we reserve the right to suspend your supply or cancel your membership immediately until we are satisfied that these practitioner-only products are being use in a manner for which they are intended.
We will not compromise on our professional natural medicine ethics in any way, our clinic has maintained the highest standards in our industry for almost twenty years and we wish to remain in business.
By purchasing practitioner products you accept the risks associated with the use of such products. Practitioner products are always stronger or have greater efficacy than those available in more traditional retail lines.
But, in keeping with our philosophy to provide the best quality products, we make them available for those in the pursuit of better health.

If you are trying to obtain our practitioner-only products in a dishonest manner, for example by giving dishonest information or by false pretense we will cease your account immediately and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

If you are not known to us, in order to obtain full membership you must apply to our office manager and give your FULL details, including contact name, postal address, phone number, etc. We will require information in the form of a consultation in order for you to quality for practitioner-only products.
