Optimise Kidney Gallbladder, and Pancreas Health
Eric Bakker ND
I started making Kidney Drops in 2002 after finding that I needed a useful urinary tonic in the clinic to assist patients with their urinary issues and a healthy fluid balance. Kidney Drops is a powerful herbal medicine formulation which contains the eight best herbal medicines to support the bladder, ureters, kidney as well as the gallbladder and the pancreas. It is time tested, we have used this unique formulation on over one thousand patients over the years and many still take our Kidney Drops regularly, even after first having been prescribed it many years ago. Kidney Drops is a powerful cleanse and support for ultimate kidney health. Kidney Drops is a natural herbal medicine for those suffering from kidney, gallbladder, or pancreas concerns.

Kidney Friendly Diet
Here are some great kidney dietary tips which I recommend you follow if you decide to take the Kidney Drops. I have had patients over the years who found that they could literally halt serious kidney disease from developing once they started to eat like this. This diet list is perfect for those with one kidney, or those on dialysis for example.
-
Cranberries and blueberries contain substances that keep bacteria from adhering to the bladder. This may help prevent infections that can make incontinence worse, while also deodorising the urine.
-
Eat antioxidant foods, including fruits (such as blueberries, cherries, and tomatoes), and vegetables (such as squash and capsicum).
-
Eat more high fiber foods, including beans, oats, root vegetables (such as potatoes and yams), and psyllium seed.
-
Avoid refined foods such as white breads, pastas, and sugar.
-
Eat fewer red meats and more lean meats, cold-water fish, tofu (soy, if no allergy) or beans for protein.
-
Cut down on oxalate-containing foods, such as spinach, rhubarb, beetroot, nuts (any), chocolate (especially bad), black tea, wheat bran, and strawberries
-
Include foods rich in magnesium and low in calcium, such as barley, bran, corn, rye, oats, soy, brown rice, avocado, banana, and potato.
-
Use healthy cooking oils, such as olive oil.
-
Reduce or eliminate trans-fatty acids, found in commercially baked goods such as biscuits, crackers, cakes, french fries, onion rings, donuts, processed foods, and margarine in particular.
-
Avoid coffee and other stimulants, alcohol, and tobacco.
-
Drink 6 - 8 glasses of filtered water daily – but time when it is best to drink, best is to drink more in morning and less after lunch. That way you will have less chance of waking at night to urinate.
-
Exercise moderately, if tolerated, for at least 30 minutes daily, 5 days a week.
