Liver Herbs to Optimise your Liver's Function
Dr. Vogel knew the importance of liver treatment and he wrote extensively about the proper care of the liver through correct diet and occasional fasting. His epic book Nature Doctor contains much information about what constitutes a healthy diet and lifestyle with regard to the liver.
Dr. Vogel's liver formula, previously known as Boldocynara, is now called Liver Support. Vogel's formulations work well, and you don't need a lot of Liver Formula either. I recommend that you take about 10 to 20 drops twice daily in a little water before meals twice daily to start, then build up until you can take 20 drops three times daily before meals.

Indication
Used as a liver tonic for the relief of stomach ache, flatulence, bloating, colic and helps support healthy liver function. Can be used as part of a detox program, just download the Liver Diet Sheet and take the Liver Support product for two weeks, you will have achieved a reasonable degree of liver cleansing. This will be particularly so if you incorporate Green Barley Powder into your two-week plan.
Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 20 drops in 50mL of water, 3 times daily, after meals, or as directed.
Children 6 to 11 years: Only as directed.
