Some of the unique foods found in our recipes can be purchased through our online health-foods store. We have selected some the best products for you to use in your kitchen, they are the same products we use in our cooking. It is The Naturopaths policy to provide you with premium quality, GE free, and organic produce (in most cases) from New Zealand and from different countries around the world. We prefer to use and recommend organic foods because no no pesticides, herbicides, hormonal growth enhancing products, antibiotics or preservatives are used at any stage of the growth or processing stages. Organic products also are known to have higher nutrient levels which means that organic foods offer major health benefits and as well as flavour and less risk to your health over time. Eric and Tracee are big fans of healthy eating and cooking and have developed a substantial amount of healthy recipes along with some excellent hints and tips for those who love to cook and eat healthy foods. Most of this information will be posted on this website over time. Here are just a few recipes for you to experiment with.
